Haphazard working style ....Different delivery points when u go for full course...first take counters then give to kitchen..in between u require something go to counter make payment then again wait for 25 minutes..spoil mood...good for eat and go...but not good for full course...they serve more online orders which increse waiting time...walk and go if u require something on counter make payment first....people come for full course to enjoy but Apna Sweets current working style makes it stressful...there should be single delivery point when u offer offer dinner and lunch...there is difference between eatery and restraunts...Apna Sweets needs to understand this.....Good food is not just enough......Service is equally important.
