I recently visited Zoca kattangal and was thoroughly disappointed with the service and food quality. The staffs were very impolite and disrespectful. One of the staff asked us to leave because we were taking pictures for a few more minutes after the food and payment. The meals are disappointing and below expectation too. The cafe's ambience was the only redeeming quality. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I'm not a man of negative reviews. But their quality of service made me do this post. I'd give a 0 star for service if possible. The waiter spilled hot coffee on me and not even one word of apology.And Yes it ruined my pants, left a burn on me. They charged me extra 20 rupees for leftover take away. The food was average. The ambience was good. Again 0 for service and customer satisfaction. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
