I had pathetic delivery and customer service experience through zepto, there is a refund of 1308rs that has not been refunded to me and it's been above 20 days now, and recently I ordered again, I did not receive my order. And everytime I try to get help through a support team, I do not even get to reply they keep on sending texts on their own and end the chat without even letting me say anything. I mean this is pathetic. Service: 1
