Extremely Poor & Unhealthy Dalda Biryani at Zaika (Pal Bazar) One of the worst biryani experiences I have had. After paying ₹160, I received an unhealthy chicken biryani clearly made with Dalda (hydrogenated fat). In 2025, using Dalda for biryani is completely unacceptable — doctors clearly advise avoiding Dalda as it is directly linked to heart artery blockage and long-term health issues. This shows Zaika has no concern for customer health — they are openly serving disease on a plate in exchange for money. If you care about your health, avoid this place. There are far better and safer options around that do not compromise ingredients. Not recommended — Zaika Pal Bazar should stop using Dalda immediately if they care about people’s health.
