The plates provided were unhygienic and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable.The Rava Dosa served was of very poor quality and did not meet basic standards of taste or preparation.The service by your waiters, as well as by Mr. Akash at the counter, was extremely unprofessional.Despite being charged twice for the same order due to your staff’s fault, my refund was not processed on time, causing unnecessary delay and inconvenience.
I ordered 3 shakes to take away which took around 30mins and the quality and taste was pathetic. The take away packing was glasses with lid kept in a single polybag which spilled within it over a km ride. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
