    The staff was really helpful and waited for us. It was a celebration of my Parent's 30th Wedding Anniversary and they made it really special. Thank you, Zaafran.

    What a dull and tasteless experience. The service was extremely slow and unwelcoming. They didn’t bother to change the plates after the appetizers. Staff was unbothered and seemed uninterested in treating the guests with either food or hospitality. When we were done with our meals, no one from the staff seemed to be bothered to ask if we’d like desserts or the check. Worst of it all was finger bowls were never given. For such exuberant price point and the brand name of Marriott behind it, Zaffran is definitely a disappointment.
