After visiting Dr. Ambedkar Park, you can look over the menu at this restaurant. All the customers like the menu that offers great Mughlai cuisine at Zaffran. The staff is patient that's what makes this place so nice. Terrific service is something that visitors note in their reviews. Come here for the pleasant atmosphere. I had booked a New Year’s Eve celebration for 31st December. However, upon reaching the restaurant on the same day, I was informed that they were offering only a buffet option priced at ₹4,000 per person, with the choice to either accept it or cancel the booking. This information was communicated at the last moment, leaving me with no opportunity to explore alternative options.Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend this place for special occasions.

What a dull and tasteless experience. The service was extremely slow and unwelcoming. They didn’t bother to change the plates after the appetizers. Staff was unbothered and seemed uninterested in treating the guests with either food or hospitality. When we were done with our meals, no one from the staff seemed to be bothered to ask if we’d like desserts or the check. Worst of it all was finger bowls were never given. For such exuberant price point and the brand name of Marriott behind it, Zaffran is definitely a disappointment.
