I started with the Hammus, a creamy blend of chickpeas, tahini, and lemon, perfectly balanced with a hint of garlic. Accompanying it was the Fatush Zattar, a refreshing salad bursting with freshness, adorned with crunchy pita chips and fragrant za'atar seasoning. However, the star of the evening was undoubtedly the Shwarma.
