Firstly we walked into the restaurant and had a 20 min waiting which we patiently waited for. Finally got a table but the waitress didn’t even care to greet and was walking in between tables while taking orders. The place had extremely loud live music - live music is not a comfortable enjoyable experience when the place is small and the lady singing is at her highest volume! Even after requesting the manager to reduce the volume 4 times - the manager, the waitress all just heard and walked away and didn’t bother to even inform the singer to reduce the volume! The came an issue with viewing the menu. After finally resetting the tech display when we placed the order - it apparently needed to be confirmed by the waitress for another 20 mins! When we informed her it needs to be confirmed she just didn’t bother confirmed the order and walked away without informing only for us to check on the web page that the order was confirmed.After 10 mins when we followed up on food.. the waitress mentioned it would take another 20 minsThe loud music, the indifferent staff and the time taken to just confirm an order was pathetic that we had to walk out without waiting for food in that loud screeching environment. Avoid this place if you are looking for service and a peaceful meal! We didn’t even reach to tasting the food in 1 hour of being in the restaurant
