The food was very oily. Even food that are not deep fried tasted like oil. It did not have the authentic taste.

Probably some of the worst food I’ve eaten at a 5-star hotel - bland, oily, and overpriced.When we politely told the management that the food wasn’t up to the mark, the response was appalling. Instead of an apology, they called the chef, who arrogantly said, “If you order fried food, it will obviously taste of oil” - as if this was the first time any of us had eaten fried food. Again no apology, just condescension.When I mentioned that the prawns had no flavour, the manager simply said, “It’s our signature dish.” I'm not sure what I was supposed to do with that information? For a place charging 5-star prices, both the food and the attitude were shockingly bad. Would not recommend.
