One of the worst restaurant experience I had in Chennai. Its not the food alone that matters. The management has no ethics and manners when the customer politely enquires about certain ingredients owing to food allergies. My husband had asked over phone if olive oil could be used instead of veg oil for a chicken item as he cannot have veg oil. The idiot who answered the phone started laughing telling if we knew how expensive olive oil is..If Yalla pizza management cannot use expensive ingredients, that’s your and standard . We didn’t say we will not pay accordingly . He assumed we are asking a favor. I would’ve mentioned the persons name here but he cut the call when I called back to ask. A as restaurant management, no matter what level, should first learn how to talk to customers. They don’t care if you die or get admitted in the hospital. They just want to make sure they have made their profit.
