Had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The service was very bad and the staff very rude . Never in my life had I such a worst experience in any of the hotels I stayed in India or abroad. It is supposed to be a 4 star hotel and on the 1st day itself, there was no wifi and TV not working. After repeated complaints from our side regarding that, both the problems were still not rectified and we were forced to change to a down graded room in the same hotel. Worst experience ever . Service: 1

have stayed on 29th March'24 for 3 nights in Duplex room. Room was huge and worth the price - 2 floors and 2 king beds were enough to accommodate 4 people. few points to call out: 1. Property is new, clean and spacious with amenities 2. Staff was very friendly specially Mr. Lepcha, he did not mind to pack the breakfast for us even if it was 5 am in the morning, as we had to leave for the Bagdogra to catch the flight. 3. Property location - it's a bit far from MG road so a few people may not like as it takes around 20 mins to reach MG road in a cab. But I did not see this as negative. Cabs easily available and takes around 400 rs to drop or pick you from MG road. which is fine when you stay in good property at better rate. 4. It's next to Banjhakri falls - one of the tourist destination. Which is an added advantage :) Rooms: Clean & specious Nearby activities: Banjhakri falls - evening restaurant offers good food till 10 pm Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Great value
