Extremely disappointed with my experience at Y Junction. I placed an order last night by directly calling the restaurant; they took my address and confirmed that the order would be delivered. I waited for hours, but the order never arrived. No follow-up, no update, nothing. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. If you can’t fulfill an order, at least have the courtesy to inform the customer. Definitely not ordering from here again. Service: Delivery Service: 1
