I had visited other outlets of Xero Degree before, where the food and service were both good. However, at this particular outlet, I received burnt fries, tasteless cold coffee and shakes, and the pizza was not up to the mark. After I complained, they said they would give us a replacement. But after some time, they came back and told us we’d have to pay extra because they had to cook the food again. I really don’t understand what kind of service this is—truly pathetic. We ordered non veg dumpling chicken pizza heart shape one chicken signature burger non veg sliders chicken wings chicken strips veg paneer garlic bread ocean blue cooler Except chicken dumplings rest all the chicken item had the same flavor that is peri peri sauce and fried. Chicken sliders we had to return as the chicken inside was almost raw and rock solid. The mini buns were again hard n solid. They told us that it's frozen. Ocean blue drink was gud refresher. Paneer garlic bread was bit ok but had hint of peri peri sauce touch and chilli. Most of the chicken item are mostly frozen but it's the case with every fast food outlet, the problem here was it was frozen (agreed) but as it was on shelf for couple of months. Overall staff is very polite and helpful. If ur looking for American fast food joint I would rate this one as 2 out of 5.
