Had an amazing pork sausage bread with beef roast at Xan & Ally's Snack Bar in Aldona. This is authentic Goan joint is run by Glen Conceicao and is named after his two kids. Glen served on the casinos of cruise ships for the last 15 years. COVID turned his world upside down and this hard working Goan decided to put things back on track. He built the furniture of his place himself and has done a really nice job of it. If you are passing by Aldona I strongly recommend that you drop in.
