I have been a regular customer of this restaurant and always appreciated the quality of food here – it’s tasty, hygienic, and has been one of my favorite places to dine for a long time. However, recently I’ve noticed a big drop in the service quality. Orders take much longer than expected to be prepared, even for simple dishes. What makes it worse is that when customers raise a concern, instead of handling it politely, the staff (especially the waiter) argues and tries to defend the delay rather than resolving the issue. Good food is important, but service plays an equally big role in the dining experience. I genuinely hope the management looks into this, because this place has the potential to be excellent again if they improve their service and customer handling. Waahiaad food, pathetic food, I have order half biryani rs 170 but it was equal to rs 10 biryani, no taste, only high rate, pathetic service, don't go there, totally waste of money, it is better to eat rs 15 ka vadapav
