I had a disappointing experience with this dessert on the World Trail. The presentation in the picture was misleading, and the taste did not match expectations. It’s essentially a strawberry dipped in chocolate sauce, priced at ₹251. I’d recommend skipping it. Food: 1

I ordered a small pizza through Zomato and unfortunately my order got misplaced. Zomato offered no real help and left me stuck. But the restaurant was just amazing. They took full responsibility, remade my order, and delivered it hot and fresh at their own cost. No excuses, no drama, just pure professionalism. They even came to my doorstep with an apology. 5 stars for their behaviour and customer experience. Rare to find such honest and kind people. Truly impressed.
