Today, 26th September at 08:51 PM, I placed an order of Veg Steamed Momos from Wok n Tok, Phase 5, Mohali (Swiggy) After eating 3–4 pieces, I shockingly found a cockroach on the momos. I immediately called the restaurant, shared the images, and instead of taking responsibility, they just said “sorry” and disconnected the call. This is absolutely unhygienic and unsafe for consumption. I am going to file a formal complaint with FSSAI, inform the local Swiggy service provider, and make sure such negligence is highlighted. It’s extremely disappointing that Swiggy trusts and lists such restaurants without proper hygiene checks. I rate this experience 0/5. I strongly advise everyone to be cautious while ordering.
