First we r really disappointed with the customer service given by Zomato. Next we have not received what we have ordered. I could see reviews the restaurant has received as they generally skip the portions and the nos. They promise.
I have order two chicken fried rice of 750ml where we just received a 500ml of one chicken fried rice.
We ordered 500gms of chilli chicken but it is not of that quantity
Am really frustrated to write this review as the customer service from Zomato was so pathetic that we were not able to access customer service line cause they were busy handling other clients. And I don’t know who was i to them.
Especially if we ordered online and made the payment in prior via net banking or via debit card they never give a damn to our msgs.
They have a response team where we can’t expect any response as they were busy. Then how could we convey our issues if we face with the restaurants like wok in China.
These ppl make sure they delivered less quantity and less no. As I have gone through other reviews written by other clients.
I ordered food at 9pm and till now I have no possible options to msg Zomato directly.
This was my second order Order Number: 1123277502 with in 1 hour and it was cash on delivery. Even in this order I didn’t receive the quantity that the restaurant suppose to deliver. I was surprised to see the Uber tag and a different restaurant’s visiting card “bistro 1427”. Now I got a contact to reach the restaurant and the concerned person named sundar (+91 861-0015980 / +91 861-0015980 ) didn’t give a damn abt the review and asked me to contact Zomato for this. I just clarified the abt the quantity where he explained that they provide a plastic jar for the 750mls and the 500gms which we didn’t receive. I could understand that they regularly don’t provide the quantity they suppose to deliver the customers.
