I was a bit disappointed to see that the cake delivered was not the same as the one shown in the picture. My child had selected this cake specifically for the floral decoration displayed in the image, but those details were completely missing, and the cake was plain. When I contacted customer support, I was informed that the image was “previously uploaded,” which did not address the issue. Such representation can be misleading and does not meet customer expectations.
