I bought a pineapple-flavoured cake from this bakery, and it was an absolute disappointment. The cake tasted completely stale, the cream was awful, and the bread was so hard and tight that it felt old instead of fresh. It honestly didn’t even taste like a proper pineapple cake. I went back to the shop to complain, hoping they would take responsibility, but they didn’t even accept their mistake. Instead of helping, they behaved rudely and tried to ignore the issue. This kind of attitude shows how careless and unprofessional this bakery is. My sincere warning to everyone: Please do NOT buy cakes from this shop. They serve stale products and have zero customer service. Save your money and go somewhere that respects customers and maintains quality.
