sorry for inconvenience but it's not restaurant fault, please ask zomato company as they didn't assign rider for 2 hours, you please do track, food was ready on time and secondly when order us delay so naturally food taste changee. and you are requested to change the rating and put reviews in zomato app. it would be humble for us
