I had a great experience with Roni at Watson in kochi. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. They made sure I was well taken care of and provided excellent recommendations. Their service truly stood out, and their knowledge about the products was impressive. Watson's Kochi offers a stylish and spacious interior, creating a welcoming ambiance with a good crowd and excellent service. However, the food quality varies. The beef dish and burger were disappointing and overpriced, and the squid was not up to par. On the positive side, the beef steak, cold coffee, and onion rings were enjoyable. The pool table is a fun addition for spending time with friends. Overall, while Watson's excels in atmosphere and service, the food could use some improvement.
