If you value your health, money, or basic human dignity, STAY AWAY from the Wow China outlet at Avani Riverside Mall. This place is a nightmare. I specifically ordered vegetarian food and made it clear three separate times. What did their careless staff do? Served me chicken noodles instead — which I ONLY realized after tasting it. When confronted, the staff didn’t apologize. Instead, they ARGUED and even had the audacity to say, “Go complain anywhere, we don’t care, we serve the mall owners, not customers.” It’s obvious they couldn’t care less about actual Wow China standards, customer safety, or basic decency. Imagine what could happen if someone was allergic to chicken — these people couldn’t care less! The woman at the counter and every single staff member was outright rude, arrogant, and shockingly unprofessional. They showed no remorse for their mistake and made it blatantly clear that customer complaints mean NOTHING to them. If you want ruined food, rude arguments, and risk eating something you didn’t order (or are allergic to), this is your place. Otherwise, for your own sake, DO NOT ever step foot in this outlet — it’s an absolute disgrace and should be shut down for how horribly it treats customers. Then, to cover their mistake, they **tore up my original bill**, issued another with a **different memo number**, and behaved as if nothing happened.
