Dear Wow Chicken, I'm disappointed with the Biryani we had at your outlet. It tasted more like khichdi with whole garam masala in regular rice. The raita served with it was watery and lacked flavor, with just a few coriander leaves. I was also surprised that the pre-cooked, packed Biryani took over 20 minutes to reheat. For a comparison, I had KFC's Biryani to fill the waitingtime, which was ready much faster and tasted far better. The two small pieces of chicken in your Biryani were even less substantial than the crispy chicken that comes with KFC's Biryani, which was not only more flavorful but also priced lower. Almost zero rush at your outlet, even on a Sunday, indicates about the quality of food and service. I'm sorry to say that we regret having food from your outlet.
