Wise Fools in Goa is a hidden gem for anyone who loves authentic Italian food. From the moment you sit down, you can tell they care deeply about quality and flavor. We tried the Tagliere meditteraneo charcuterie board, flying salmon salad , beef carpachio, salmon carpaccio, Oceano Misto risotto, and a pizza. Every single dish was spot on. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could literally taste that freshness in every bite. The flavors were beautifully balanced, the presentation elegant yet simple, and the atmosphere had that perfect charm that makes you want to linger a little longer. If you’re looking for genuine Italian done right, Wise Fools is definitely worth a visit! Used to be our go to place. Good food however the prices have increased quite a bit in a short period of time which is usually ok but not justified because the service has not improved. Extremely slow service & unattentive staff. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400
