My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. I was forced to change rooms not once, not twice, but three times in a single day due to various unacceptable issues. Firstly, I was relocated because of an ant infestation in my initial room. However, the second room had no electricity, as half of the building was plagued by a power outage. To add insult to injury, the hotel failed to provide a backup power solution. To make matters worse, the entire hotel was left without electricity the following morning, further highlighting the management's inadequacy in addressing basic amenities. Avoid JAIN FOOD Avoid JAIN FOOD THEY DONT HAVE GUJRATI /MARWARI/KUTCHI/ JAIN FOOD CUSTOMER BASE. SO CHEF HERE IS NOT EXPERIENCED AND NOT KNOWN WITH JAIN FOOD MAKING. Mainly visited by south based customers. We had to returned the pav bhaji /garlic bread /pizza - worst taste and service experience. Extraordinary waiting time while operating at 30% customer base while I visited. Service: 1
