If you have never come across Vegetarian cuisine, you should order a table at this restaurant. It's worth visiting Vithal Kamat's Restaurant because of nicely cooked vada pav, vada and sambar. According to the guests' opinions, waiters serve good tea or good coffee.
The terrific staff reflects the style and character of this place. Spectacular service is something that guests note in their comments. From the visitors' viewpoint, prices are average. Owner who belives in 'Athithi devo bhava", Very nice staff. Nice food & Very obliging. We entered the Hotel seeing the name. 'Kamat'! As we are from south we told him that 'We can't eat basmati rice, nor the south indian dishes prepared here,we are tired of eating south indian food prepared here & can't relish other food" Then I asked him If, there was any other variety rice that is soft. He then said he will prepare indrayini rice. If we want.. We immediately said yes. The food was so satisfying! Sukoon sa! What more do you expect when you are travelling & away away from home. Annadatha suki bhava". Most satisfying meal. Rice,dal & some lentil rasam(gravy) Ambiance may not seem that attractive, but the place inside is clean & neat. I would recommend this place to anyone & everyone . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
