I had one of the most appalling experiences at Vishwanath Sweets, and I feel compelled to warn others about the absolute lack of hygiene, professionalism, and basic customer service at this establishment. I ordered a cold coffee, expecting a simple, refreshing drink. Instead, what I got was nothing short of disgusting. Halfway through drinking it with a straw, I suddenly noticed bits and chunks of a coffee sachet floating in my drink. Yes, you read that right—the actual coffee packet was blended into my cold coffee. I was shocked and horrified at the sheer carelessness of the staff. How does this even happen? Do they not check what they’re serving? What made matters worse was the response from the management. When I informed the waitress, I assumed the owner or manager would step in to apologize and address the issue. But guess what? Nobody cared. I had to personally bring it to the owner's attention, and even then, his response was a casual, dismissive "Yes, I think the packet got dropped in the shake." No apology. No concern. Just an acknowledgment of their mistake, as if this were a completely normal occurrence. The only "compensation" they offered? They didn’t charge me for the cold coffee. That’s it. As if that somehow makes up for the fact that I almost consumed pieces of a plastic sachet due to their utter incompetence. This is beyond negligence—it’s reckless and unhygienic. If this is how they handle a simple cold coffee, I shudder to think what might be lurking in their other food items. Avoid Vishwanath Sweets at all costs unless you enjoy the thrill of consuming inedible foreign objects in your meals. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
