I had the pleasure of dining at Viasat Restaurant in Perinthalmanna on February 3, 2025, with my colleague during our official trip. The vegetarian lunch was exceptional, with a unique blend of Malabar and Palakkad cuisines that left a lasting impression. I commend the owners' bold decision to establish a genuine vegetarian restaurant in the area, which is a welcome change. The service and care provided by the Viasat team were outstanding. What's more, the upcoming Kerala Agro store and Millet cafe, a joint initiative by Viasat's business partner and the Kerala and Central Governments, promises to bring a fresh perspective to the area. With Viasat's expertise, I'm confident that this venture will surpass typical government-supported initiatives. Overall, Viasat Restaurant is a must-visit for its delicious food, excellent service, and innovative approach to vegetarian cuisine.
