I recently visited Village Restaurant near Wipro Gate in Electronic City, and unfortunately, my experience was not great. I ordered the Red Hot BBQ Chicken, expecting it to be flavorful, spicy, and served hot, but it turned out to be cold, lacking in any real taste or spice. This was quite disappointing, as it’s one of the main dishes on the menu. The service also needs significant improvement. While the staff was present, the attentiveness and speed of service were not up to the mark. The overall quality of food was quite low, which is surprising given the number of customers present. That being said, there are some positives. The ambiance is nice, with plenty of space for seating, making it suitable for families. The restaurant is clean and kid-friendly, and during my visit, most of the seats were filled, which shows it is a popular spot. Outside, there’s a tea and snacks counter which is actually quite good. However, my main suggestion to the management is to seriously improve the quality, taste, and serving temperature of the food. With such good space and location, this place could be much better if the food matched the ambiance. Ambience We ordered Kerala Parotta, Dragon Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala and also had Classic Mojito and Tender Coconut Icecream... The food taste is kind of okay, not to be great... The restaurant offers a spacious and comfortable setting, perfect for a fine dining experience. The food was quite good with a decent variety of options on the menu. There is ample parking available on the premises, which is definitely a plus. However, the service could use some improvement. The staff didn’t seem very responsive, and service was noticeably slow during our visit. With a bit more attention to customer service, this place has great potential. Still worth a visit for the food and ambiance. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
