Worst experience ever. The discount mentioned on Zomato (10% off all day) was denied, and the owner insisted it was only for advance reservations. To add to it, he was literally resting on a bench in front of customers – very unprofessional. The food portions were too small for the price charged, making it completely not worth the money. Edited after the reply from the owner : If you’re going to respond to reviews, at least get your facts straight. On Zomato, there are two types of offers — one for table bookings and one for walk-ins. If you don’t even know how Zomato’s system works, maybe learn it yourself before trying to correct customers. Also, let’s talk about professionalism — literally lying down on a bench while customers are dining is absolutely disgusting. Learn to maintain some basic hygiene and respect for the people visiting your café. The place wasn’t clean either — spider webs everywhere, which is unacceptable for any restaurant. And to top it all off, the food portions were ridiculously small for the price charged.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points: discounts offered on platforms like Zomato are meant to encourage customers to come through the app. For this reason, table reservations/check-ins via Zomato are required — walk-ins do not qualify for these discounts, and it would not make sense otherwise. As for your remark about the owner sitting on a bench — where the owner chooses to sit in his own café is not relevant to your dining experience and does not impact the service or food.We do value all our guests and take genuine concerns seriously, but we also believe in being fair and transparent about our policies. We’ll continue to ensure that terms are communicated clearly so there’s no room for confusion.

Very bad service from the owner himself. On Zomato, it clearly mentions 10% off all day, but he denied it and said it’s only for pre-booking. On top of that, he was literally sleeping on the bench while customers were around – very unprofessional and not at all presentable. Overall, the worst dining experience I’ve had.
