I recently visited Vibes Cafe and had a disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the staff lacked proper communication. Most of the crowd was busy smoking hookah, and the atmosphere felt unorganized. I ordered peri-peri chicken pizza, but later realized it wasn’t a pizza—it was a starter. Despite me repeatedly mentioning 'pizza,' the staff didn’t inform me that it wasn’t a pizza. They served a different pizza without confirming with me and charged me for that instead. They didn’t clarify or resolve the confusion at all. The place is small, understaffed, and poorly managed. Overall, it was my worst cafe experience.
