"I visited restaurant with my family and my young child suddenly vomited. It was an emergency, and as a parent I could not have rushed him to the washroom in time. Instead of showing understanding, your staff scolded us publicly, saying it was our fault, and even refused to parcel our food though we had already paid. This experience was humiliating and insensitive. In such situations, basic empathy and assistance is expected, not blame. I hope you will take steps to train your staff in handling families and children. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
