I always order bread and desserts from Van Lavino. This Jublee hills branch is good with bakery items. While ordering through Swiggy or 3rd party.packaging is not tamper proof. Bread comes with plastic cover with side clips that can be easily tampered. Pastry boxes come with easily removable single tape. All are delivered in an open bag which is not sealed. Sometimes my items delivered are tampered. Bread packaging needs to be stapled or needs layered packaging and sealed. This happened couple of times and I spoke to Van Lavino and raised concern to make good packaging while delivering via Swiggy. I didn’t get responsible answer. I expect better service and responsibility from such an expensive bakery/cafe. I am writing this so that management can look into this. Food: 5 Service: 2

Today I visited Van Lavino Cafe & Patisserie - Jubilee Hills. The ambience was inviting and my initial experience was quite pleasant. I enjoyed the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders and Fish and Chips, both of which were tasty and well-prepared.However, my visit took a disappointing turn when I headed to the dessert section. I was looking forward to buying a cake, but was shocked to see cockroaches roaming inside the cake display area. For a café that presents itself with such high standards, this was simply unacceptable and extremely concerning from a hygiene perspective. Witnessing this made me lose my appetite for dessert and strongly reconsider any future visits.Maintaining proper hygiene is fundamental, especially in food businesses. This experience made me question the cleanliness of the entire establishment. I hope the management addresses this issue urgently to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers.

How can a brand cheat on us and spoil my vendors delivery and mood at our home and after paying in full, they hide their faces and lie every 10 minutes - they kept us waiting for 2 hours - promised for 2 cakes delivery which were prepaid last night at 1noon today and delivered at 2:45 pm and their manager Suraj continuously promised 10 minutes for 40 minutes and stopped taking calls and then another gentleman did the same akash @ 93817 89995 - we going there for happiness - they are not professional at all - would not recommend one bit - vivek gupta
