We have been eating chat from Vaishali for so many years. Pani puri is my favourite. Dahi bhala is also very tasty. Dahi is sweet. Today I tried the chat palter and it covered all things. I suggest to order and you would love it. Vaishali express is one of the outlets at Amanora mall food court at Pune. They provide a variety of food, mainly South Indian delicacies like idli, chatni, sambar, medu wada, a variety of dosas, poori bhaji, filter coffee, meals and other dishes like parota, rice, juices etc. We have tried idli, chatni, medu wada sambar, dosas, meals, filter coffee etc. For anyone craving for South Indian veg food on a mall visit, Vaishali Express can be a definite option. We have tried like idli, chatni, sambar, medu wada, a variety of dosas, poori bhaji, filter coffee and meals. Filter coffee is a MUST TRY!! As I’m a South Indian from Udupi, my taste buds are even finer and I look for better tasting foods. Compared to authentic, South Indian, Original- Udupi style cuisine, I would love to see better taste at Vaishali Express. About Wada sambar, Medu Wada taste is not that good and the sambar quantity used for dipping is not enough. Extra sambar comes at an extra cost. Costs are as per mall standards. Meal is one option if you are looking for a variety yet economical. A meal at Vaishali is wholesome with varieties and easy on pocket. But, dear owner, I prefer items like medu wada sambar and idli chatni. Please work on improving the taste. Vada is far from Good, always feels old/hard.
