Extremely disappointed with the behavior of the staff at Vaishali, Amanora Mall. The team is rude and completely lacks basic manners when speaking to customers. When we asked to speak to the manager, Mr. Ajay responded arrogantly, claiming he is the owner and that no one can question or change anything there. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Vaishali management seriously needs to look into this issue and take strict action. Customers deserve respect and professional behavior, not arrogance and disrespect....He is always seen sitting in the Customer area with three to four local goons...
