Very badly approaching here almost all rooms have ac complaints and we are not facing this issue one time so much of time those times we were shifting room but any way next time also comming same issue if we tell also they are not fimding a solution for this .

On 9/08/2025 .We booked for 10 people of which 5 are coming late on . The first half already check in . When the rest half come they said room is all booked. Receptionist dont even know how to talk to custmr. First Q “ who are you? We are full booked. Custmr reply:We said we have booking . Sorry we dont care from MAKEMYTRIP APP,” WHAT ELSE TO SAY WORSE OF THE WORSE . This is for for some cheap NOOBIES.. Not for adult. Checkin they take more then 30 min identifying you and being racist..? The receptionist even didnt even know what is the ID/passport/adhar/driving etc. MY ONLY ADVICE DONT STEP A FOOT OUT HERE. 2hr back the previous occupant ask for plate . HOTEL SAID “ did u order anything till 3hr clock tickin they havent sent even a single glass” SCAM SCAM
