I had a very disappointing experience here. The restaurant served me the wrong item, and instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff showed an unprofessional attitude. Customer service matters as much as the food, and this was not acceptable. I hope management improves the service and staff behavior. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited your restaurant with 20 pax, but unfortunately, our experience was totally disappointing. Here are some major issues I noticed: The charges were too high, and there was no transparency during booking. Several items were added extra pax to the bill that were not mentioned earlier. Even we paid 10 pax extra witch was totally unfair. There was no proper system – neither was the table management organized, nor did the staff seem properly trained. After placing the order, we had to wait for a long time, and even then, the items served were either incomplete or incorrect. Cleanliness and hygiene were also lacking, which should be a basic standard for any food establishment. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Not worth to spend money in this restaurant or venue

Inconvenience is regretted. You had booked for 30 members but only 20 members came. The restaurant is not responsible for that. You shall be charged as per the booking number. You are given ll the info regarding this in advance when you decide the menu. Demanding unnecessary discounts is against restaurant policy.
