Had an exceptional experience at Upper Deck Lounge. The service was sharp, organized, and genuinely customer-focused from the moment we walked in. Our server Shambhu deserves special appreciation — attentive, quick, friendly and consistently on point without hovering. Every request was handled smoothly, and the whole service flow felt effortless because of him. The food was excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and served exactly the way it should be. The drinks were even better: balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care rather than thrown together like many other places do. The atmosphere here is relaxed but classy, and the overall setup makes it a great place to unwind and enjoy a proper meal and drinks.
