1. No water, though it's restaurant, event hall, it do not provide free drinking water. It always give mineral water bottle which cost around 30 to to 50rs per bottle, when ask for normal water either they say they don't have or filter is not working. So water is chargeable. 2. Service is very slow, so if u are going to spend time, it's okay. If u are going for food, after each order u have to wait.... 3. They float offers on different site , 50% off ...etc. They change the menu , double the rate on menu and then give offer on that. Had an exceptional experience at Upper Deck Lounge. The service was sharp, organized, and genuinely customer-focused from the moment we walked in. Our server Shambhu deserves special appreciation — attentive, quick, friendly and consistently on point without hovering. Every request was handled smoothly, and the whole service flow felt effortless because of him. The food was excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and served exactly the way it should be. The drinks were even better: balanced, flavorful, and clearly made with care rather than thrown together like many other places do. The atmosphere here is relaxed but classy, and the overall setup makes it a great place to unwind and enjoy a proper meal and drinks. Highly recommend Upper Deck Lounge for anyone who wants great service, great food, and a genuinely enjoyable experience.
