1 Star (0 stars if it were allowed) This place has turned into a complete rip-off. Ordered chicken lollipops and what arrived was bones dipped in batter. Each piece was barely 30% of its original size—no meat, no value, no shame. Charging money for this feels like daylight robbery. Called the outlet and the manager straight-up admitted that portion sizes have been reduced. So yes, this is intentional. Prices, however, are still sky-high. I’ve been ordering from Upper Crust and visiting their outlets for years. Premium pricing was acceptable because you actually got quality and quantity. Now it’s clear they’re milking the brand name while cutting corners everywhere else. If paying top dollar for bones and batter is the new business model, count me out. Won’t be ordering again.
