Stay Away from This Terrible Hotel!This is hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The service is absolutely pathetic—dirty, disorganized, and downright disrespectful. The staff treats tourists like they’re there to be robbed rather than served. They clearly have no idea what customer service means.The manager, in particular, was shockingly rude, showing off his local attitude as if it gives him the right to mistreat guests. This level of arrogance and unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptable.If you value your money and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this hotel. They have zero respect for their guests and no concept of basic hospitality. Worst hotel ever!

Worst service. Very dirty service. Till today I have never seen such a worst hotel. There is no respect for talking, they have robbed the tourists. Shows the attitude of being local. The manager said, I will see who gives you a room in Pauri.
