    I don’t usually write reviews but this place was such a disaster that I had to come in here and write this! The 1 point that I’m giving is for the view, it’s a great place to sit and watch the sunset.So, the waiters are extreme inexperienced, they kept arguing, and in a loud tone, with one another, right next to our seating and made it quite uncomfortable for us. It was supposed to be a relaxed evening, but we left with a headache.The service was extremely slow. The waiter recommended a beer when we were just ordering our usual Budweiser; we listened and it didn’t come to us for 30 mins and when we checked he said the guy had gone to buy it from the store. Are you serious? It came after 40 mins after he kept yelling on his walkie talkie asking for the beer. The calamari fritters were extremely oily, couldn’t eat.The pizza was very salty, but yeah manageable, could gulp it down with the drinks. We refrained from ordering anything else after this experience. They have a cover charge of 3k which we paid. They do not accept zomato payments even after you do the booking. All in all, there are other great places to visit, so you won’t miss anything by skipping this one.

    couldnt reach there as a parking mafia was troubling us 600m before the resturant.. charging 300 for a public parking . worst roads ,so broken got a backache just reaching there.. not car friendly.

    Outstanding Experience at Uma by the Sea! From the moment we arrived at Uma by the Sea, everything about the experience was absolutely exceptional. The ambience perfectly blends elegance with a relaxed coastal charm, making it a beautiful place to unwind and enjoy a meal by the ocean. The food was simply outstanding — every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that a lot of thought and passion go into the menu. Each bite reflected quality ingredients and excellent culinary skill. A special mention must go to Sagar, who truly elevated our dining experience. His hospitality, attention to detail, and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. He was attentive without being intrusive, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Overall, Uma by the Sea delivers not just a meal, but a memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, impeccable service, and a serene atmosphere.
