Udupi 2 Mumbai food court is pretty near Ganges River. Being at this restaurant, taste nicely cooked paneer and good roti. Clients don't like coffee at Udupi 2 Mumbai food court.

Had idli, filter coffee and sweet lassi in the morning. Taste and service good. Washrooms and handwash are outside the restaurant - stinking. Mosquitoes inside the restaurant. Visited the restaurant twice and there was hardly any customers. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200

Food was average but staff behaviour was absolutely against the spirit of a restaurant. Extremely reluctant staff. We were there to have lunch during our visit to Varanasi. The decor of the restaurant was good though. We found a suitable table ourselves but remained sitted for more than five minutes. None of the staff attended us to take orders. They all were actually entertain the foreign customers only. We have felt neglected. After minutes, we have been provided the menu cards. But the funny thing was happened when we tried to place orders. One of the staffs denied to serve that particular items due to unavailability. Finally we told them to serve as per their ability. Finally they agreed to serve Veg Fried Rice and Paneer Tawa. Another twist was there! We have ultimately been served Veg Fried Rice and Paneer Bhurji instead of Paneer Tawa as promised. Even they have generated invoice quoting Paneer Tawa (Rs. 300/-) but they have claimed the price of Paneer Bhurji (Rs. 320/-). That means they have disclosed wrong pricing to the Govt. also. We were treated without the least respect. We will definitely visit Varanasi again but we have eliminated Udupi 2 Mumbai Food Court from our shortlistings.
