Regrettably negligent in service. One item was missing. On being flagged, they refused to send that item. This is on record with Zomato's team who were in the middle of such interaction. Hope the relevant restaurant manager of this episode is held accountable.

UBQ - absolutely pathetic malai chap you’ve sent. It’s raw and undercooked. On top of it, Zomato neither replaced nor gave a full refund. I’d never order from you guys again, and spread the same message.
