“Cold Kebabs, Hot Instagram Hype” (2/5). Visited Turk Sarayi on 31st Dec and ordered a mixed platter. Unfortunately, everything on the platter—including the kebabs—was served cold, which really spoiled the experience. To add to the woes, not a lot of items from the menu were available. The place was crowded and it seemed like the staff couldn’t handle the rush. While the Instagram promotions definitely draw people in, sustaining customers needs much better food consistency and service. Sadly, not a place I’d repeat. P. S: LET'S NOT EVEN DISCUSS THE CREAM CHEESE KUNAFA. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800
