Indian and Vegetarian food is nice here. This restaurant can be recommended for good mac-n-cheese, dal makhani and soup. A number of reviewers say that the staff is patient at this place. If you want to experience fast service, you should go to Tubed Courtyard. From the visitors' point of view, prices are average. The beautiful decor and spectacular atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by this establishment! I recently organized a small party at this venue. Initially, when I spoke to their manager, I inquired about the possibility of arranging an unlimited Punjabi menu. They assured me it could be arranged, but later sent me a fixed menu( unlimited but they have their decided items) that couldn't be altered. Reluctantly, I agreed and paid advance ( they will take advance amount so that you can not leave from their trap if anything is not gonna work for you) and invited my relatives to join us. To begin with, the entrance was made of concrete, causing significant inconvenience for the elderly guests. Upon arrival, we were shown to the dome, which lacked any facilities. I requested a tube for the courtyard, as I assumed it would be provided based on the term 'tubed courtyard'( beware they are recording your calls they will tell you that they have created one dome in slight language but they will not tell you thay this dome will not have any facilities you need to assume everything) However, the manager was incredibly rude, treating me as if I were a beggar. After insisting, they reluctantly provided us with only two tubes. The real disappointment began when we had to wait for very long to receive our soup, and when it finally arrived, it was excessively spicy, likely to discourage us from consuming more. We had to request soup a second time since we believed we were entitled to unlimited servings. The waiter kept assuring us that it was on its way but it never arrived, and instead, they served the starters (which were also deliberately made spicy). When we asked for a salad, we were shocked to discover that it only consisted of onions; tomatoes were apparently a scarce commodity to them. This left me feeling extremely embarrassed in front of my guests. Just when we anticipated the main course, they brought us the soup we had been waiting for, and not before serving the starters. It was a complete disaster in terms of service timing. The main course was finally served, but once again, the sabji were intentionally made overly spicy to discourage us from eating more. Even the dal rice had an excessive amount of turmeric added to it, clearly preventing us from enjoying it fully. My aunt, who had difficulty walking, needed a stool or crate for support. We politely asked the staff for one, only to be denied. It was disheartening to witness the lack of basic compassion. Out of the 25 guests at the party, 10 were senior citizens, and astonishingly, the staff refused to provide finger bowls for them. Consequently, everyone had to use the unsanitary bathroom facilities to wash their hands. I felt utterly embarrassed in front of my relatives. In the past, I was a loyal customer and even recommended this place to others. However, this time, I was deeply angered by the abysmal service. I urge anyone reading this review to avoid dining at this establishment. And do mot arrange party functions at this place. There are plenty of other reputable places in Rajkot where you can expect genuine hospitality and service, rather than encountering money-driven individuals seeking to trap unsuspecting customers. I sincerely request the management of Tubed Courtyard to replace their rude manager and reconsider their approach to customer service. When people choose to host their special events at your venue, they have high expectations. Unfortunately, my anniversary celebration was completely ruined by your establishment." Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have humanity towards anybody. They will not give you even a small stool for support of your legs. Their seats are heighted and you will need a support.
