Quite disappointed. They now lost a loyal old customer.This may be down fall of greatest thrichy cafe..only if they change attitude owards regular customers they may reclaim their spot. I STRONGLY ADVISE THE PEOPLE NOT TO LOOK UP FOR THIS HOTEL ! Cheers !
