There are only a few places in Trivandrum that specialize in desserts alone. This is one of them. On our visits, we mainly ordered the tender coconut pudding. It’s not too sweet, has the perfect texture, and is super jiggly. The sticky toffee pudding was overly sweet with the sauce, cake, and ice cream. It would be better if the sweetness was balanced. The brownie was just average. Overall, it’s a pretty good place for desserts, especially for their tender coconut pudding.

Very disappointing experience at Tree of Treats, Trivandrum. The desserts may be good, but customer service is equally important. The person at the counter was extremely arrogant and seemed completely uninterested in taking our order. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, he displayed a rude attitude throughout the interaction, making us feel like customers were a burden rather than valued guests. When people visit a dessert shop, they expect a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff at the counter ruined that experience for us. No matter how good the products are, poor customer service leaves a lasting negative impression. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to treat customers with basic courtesy and respect.
