The infused chicken was just great! Medium cooked grilled chicken with great flavour. The waitress however did a poor job explaining and almost more than half the menu was not available! This place gets a 2 star because of that. Couldn't complete a a full meal for a more detail review.

This place isn't a restaurant. It's basically a overgrown kiosk. They don't really cook food here, it's just a reheating service, the manager Imran literally confided that to us. They don't even know the right temperature to cook food. When we showed him the chicken was undercooked he told us other customers didn't have a problem and hence we shouldn't. Their social media team doesn't care at all, their management doesn't care ... One day when someone gets salmonella then they'll understand.

Please for the love of God avoid this place. Go to their other branches where they actually cook food instead of tossing it on a stove and pretending to cook. Someone should send a health inspector over to this place.

I'm a regular customer at the mylapore tovo and was extremely disappointed by my experience at the Anna Nagar branch. They served me raw chicken twice after sending it back and explaining clearly to the chef that the chicken was inedible and a health hazard. The manager then argued that this is how they serve it and told us that they only reheat the food in the restaurant and the food is sent up to 12 hours earlier from the Mylapore branch. No wonder!! It's raw, disgusting and not fresh at all!

Service was absolutely appalling where both the chef and the manager refused to take responsibility. Wait staff were sweet and courteous though. Unfortunately they're working under very unprofessional leadership.

For die-hard fans of Tovo Mylapore this was a rude shock. We walked out and went elsewhere.
