Except the front desk, each service will make you regret paying for the staff contribution. Tables were dirty as most patrons don't have basic table manners and threw the tissue papers around their tables, forget about maintaining a decent pitch while conversing among themselves. Overall the crowd specially seating at the open space is cheap most of the times. Now coming to the food, it was blunt. That's the perfect description. Not worth paying 800+ INR as a price. Same goes for mocktails costing you a whooping 350 INR. We were attended by Server Rahul who gave us typical Delhi vibes. Nobody came to serve or take the order. I had to personally go and ask them to do that. Rahul came and handed over the menus, then expected us to be confused with the fancy names which didn't work as per his plan. He was reluctant to wait to take the order and was sarcastically kept on asking us " Shall I come later ? ". Well, that's called disrespect. He gave us empty glasses but didn't ask for the water and it never arrived until we left post bill paying. With Toscano, having that so so premium price, it is expected to have atleast decent dining experience. Regards.
