Tim Hortons @vegas mall need to improve on working staff. One cashier and 2 helper are there which made us wait. Moreover coffee machine was not working, on asking for hot coffee they tried to convince for cold coffee. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in

I absolutely love Tim's coffee and donuts. Today was a disappointment at Vegas mall branch as there were no donuts available! and timbits were 4 flavors, 2 of which were very dry and hard - stale. Service was also slow and table was not cleaned off from the previous patron.hope you will improve the service and availability of food products.

Amazing experience. The staff was extremely cooperative and guided me patiently to choose the perfect coffee based on my taste. Great hospitality and the coffee was absolutely marvellous!
